This page has been added to the parish web site for people to complete their registration as new members of St. Charles Parish family or for existing members to update their information. Three options are provided;

Word and PDF documents that you can print and mail in, fax, bring to the parish office or place in the collection basket at mass.
Either version can also be used to update your information if you are already registered with the parish.
